The Pleasure of Simplicity

Yesterday I said, simple should be simple.

That's when it hit me. I was over complicating, saying unnecessary things, distracting from the main point. There was only one thing to say:

This week I was casting around for something to draw. I finally hit upon these azalea blooms - my reference was taken in spring on one of my photography mornings. Interestingly, the azaleas in my front yard have a few blooms right now - seems out of season, but they look lovely.

The weather has been cooler the last few days, I think I better gear up for some fall foliage photography mornings!
