Bright Spot on a Rainy Day

Sketch from my bouquet
7in x 5in
colored pencil on Stonehenge
It's another rainy day here - we've had several in a row. Personally, I love this sort of weather - rain is my favorite. I always get weird looks when I say that, so I thought I'd give a bright spot for those of you pining for sun and heat.

One of the best things about rainy days: tea and coffee become absolutely luxurious!

I cannot believe how many posts I have missed! I love these last two of the boys. They are sure growing. Your flowers are always excellent. I do not like Stonehenge pastel paper at all. Hope you do well with the colored pencil. :) The pastel paper has such a prominent grid and doesn't hold pastel well at all. Sorry I have been awol. Should have more time now.

Hey Jo!

You have been very busy - and I've been posting more often then usual. First day of freedom for you today. Thanks for your nice comments. I'm not sure if this is Stonehenge pastel paper, I thought it was just colored Stonehenge. I haven't noticed a grid I will check the backside. It was just very absorbent.
