Here's a link to a modern printmaker, David Bull, using traditional Japanese woodblock methods. There is a ton of information on his site, so I haven't managed to look at it all yet, but enjoy.

Rose - you've saved me - I've been putting off my wood block print blog post because I found a site (which was this one or one very like it) and for some reason didn't put it into my links resource and I was kicking myself!
What you've reminded me is that if I just put in 'woodblock printing Japan' into Google it comes up! Duh!
