Above you see a photo I was taking yesterday in my garden, our second rose of the season. I was so excited to figure out the macro settings on the camera. Then I was focusing on composition, visions of brush and ink drawings where dancing in my head. Later, when I downloaded them to the computer to get a better look, I noticed the hitchhiker. I never noticed him (or her) during the three or four shots I took! And artists are supposed to be able to really see...Have a good weekend everybody!
Lol. I understand that. It's almost like you're so concentrated on the details that you overlook the whole picture. I've done that too!

I can't believe you have rose blooms already! They are beautiful, escpecially with the raindrops. I wouldn't have noticed the bug either. You inspired me to take pictures of our apple tree blossoms.
